"Due to location it can be noisy quite late into the evening. There is no A/C so it gets very hot in the apartment which at nights can make sleep difficult. Ceiling and individual fans are provided which provide some help."

"Excellent location, just out the door is the restaurant district. Initially, after reading other reviews, I was worried it’d be too hot. However, the apartment now has portable air conditioners in each room that worked well. My son liked the upper loft like room. It has a low ceiling, which makes it feel cozy. The rest of apartment has high ceilings. Overall the apartment exceeded my expectations."

"The stairs to the upper bedroom are steep. No problem for us, but could be a problem for an elderly person. Personally I liked it."
